Hensman Design has worked with learnd Ireland (formerly Ashdown Controls) since 2001, supporting the business across branding, marketing communications, website development and ongoing creative support for more than two decades.

Following the acquisition of Ashdown Controls by learnd in 2023, the role expanded into ongoing marketing management and creative support across the Dublin and Northern Ireland offices. Support was also provided throughout the acquisition process itself, including staged branding updates and communications as the business transitioned into the wider learnd group.

The role has evolved from traditional graphic design support into an integrated creative and marketing position focused on maintaining a consistent brand presence, strengthening communication and supporting the continued growth and visibility of the business across multiple platforms.

Working closely with the internal teams, support now includes LinkedIn strategy and content, website management, ongoing case studies, monthly internal newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, branded marketing materials and day-to-day digital and print communications.
