Full Moon Restaurant
When Full Moon approached Hensman Design to create a completely new menu for the restaurant, they already had a very clear vision for how they wanted their dishes presented. With an extensive menu featuring more than 100 individual dishes, the project quickly became a creative and logistical challenge — balancing detailed content, strong visual presentation and a layout that remained elegant and easy to navigate.

To bring the menu to life, Elaine enlisted the help of photographer Gillian Buckley and together they spent a full day capturing every dish and carefully styled combinations from across the menu. The pace in the kitchen was relentless, with the chefs working throughout the shoot to prepare and present each dish perfectly and on time. Their energy, organisation and attention to detail played a huge part in the success of the project.

The final result was a beautifully designed 16-page A4 menu that combines rich photography, authentic atmosphere and clear dish presentation throughout. The finished piece not only reflects the personality and quality of Full Moon’s food offering, but also creates a far stronger visual experience for customers from the moment they open the menu.
